I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit Rabbi Adam Cutler and Rabbi Yerach Meiersdorf to act on my behalf to sell all chametz possessed by me – knowingly or unknowingly – as defined by Torah and rabbinic law, and to lease all places wherein chametz owned may be found during the month of Nissan, 5785. I acknowledge that they can only be my agents for chametz located in North America and South America.
